Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
